Feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed? As a BACP Registered therapist, I offer affordable online counselling sessions that utilize an integrative approach. This allows me to provide a compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and begin your journey toward healing, resilience, and renewed hope through trauma informed therapy and comprehensive mental health counselling services.
I believe that every person carries within them the capacity for healing and growth. Sometimes, past experiences, trauma, or current struggles can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck. My philosophy, as therapist, I am grounded in compassion and curiosity , creating a safe, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where we work together to uncover your strengths, heal wounds, and move toward greater wholeness and self-acceptance through trauma informed therapy.
I provide affordable online counselling sessions as well as face-to-face options, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable and accessible. As a therapist, my goal is to support you effectively. We will meet for 50 minutes per session at a regular time.
To help you understand my approach to mental health counselling services, I also offer a free 15-minute introductory session. This is a chance for us to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy, and see whether working together feels like the right fit for your needs, including trauma informed therapy.
My approach combines relational, person centred, creative, inner child work, parts work, somatic methods, and compassionate Inquiry. This means our Therapy sessions can incorporate conversation, body awareness, imagery, or inner parts exploration,whatever feels right for you. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can engage deeply with yourself and move towards healing and growth through trauma informed therapy and effective mental health counselling services.
